Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team, supporting Infinite Fire & Security Ltd in ensuring adherence to legal standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage and deliver specific analysis, collaborating with senior management and operational staff to improve future performance and business processes.
  2. Develop and implement systems and processes, providing training and guidance to support all areas of the organisation.
  3. Design, implement, and maintain business processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance and efficient operations.
  4. Review new systems and processes to guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements.
  5. Maintain control of critical documents and ensure their accessibility to the business.
  6. Collaborate with other functions to collect and coordinate audit data for compliance and Health & Safety purposes.
  7. Conduct regular audit/data checks and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  1. Excellent analytical skills.
  2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  3. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information clearly.
  4. A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
  5. Relevant qualifications in compliance or related fields would be advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Additional Pay:
