As a Sales Office Administrator, you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer support to our retailers, clients, and sales teams. Your duties will encompass managing incoming calls, addressing technical inquiries, and resolving customer concerns and warranty matters.
Your strong organizational abilities will be essential for various administrative tasks, including processing customer orders, generating reports using MS Office, and overseeing stock management and inventory control.
Moreover, you may have the chance to engage in trade exhibitions and events, where you can promote our products and interact with customers. This position may occasionally necessitate flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
To excel in this role, you should possess a solid understanding of MS Office and demonstrate a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with Sage Accounts 50 would be advantageous, though not mandatory.
