Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our team at The Distillery. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading and mentoring our culinary staff to deliver exceptional food experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu concepts, ensuring alignment with our brand's culinary vision.
  • Collaborate with our beverage team to create innovative food and drink pairings.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible products and prices.
