Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overnight team and ensure the effective management of store operations during night shifts
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and motivate a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Monitor and control store inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and implement store promotions and events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends
