As the Payroll & Benefits Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the payroll process while overseeing the comprehensive benefits program.
Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle UK payroll, including setting up and managing a modified payroll for UK expats.
- Process and report benefit changes (enrollment, modifications, and terminations), review benefit invoices and premiums.
- Generate monthly journals from the payroll system.
- Develop and maintain a documented backup plan for payroll processing.
- Create and maintain process guides and flowcharts for all payroll procedures, regularly update them, and provide training to the wider HR team.
- Administer legislative changes related to payroll and benefits.
- Prepare all data for the annual benefit renewal process, collaborating with our benefit providers to meet their requirements.
- Manage pension schemes, including submissions, reporting, and auditing.
This role requires proven experience using ADP IHCM.
