Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Communications and PR Manager to lead our PR and Communication function.

About the Role:

As the PR lead within Bidwells' Group Business Development and Marketing team, you will possess a unique blend of creativity, media relations acumen, and top-notch stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned communicator, capable of crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that reflects the firm's vision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and implement the Group PR Strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
* Manage media relations, securing coverage in print, broadcast, and online outlets.
* Coordinate press activities, draft and issue press releases, and manage media inquiries.
* Build and leverage relationships with media and thought leaders to increase coverage.
* Create content for press releases, articles, speeches, and presentations.
* Monitor and report on PR results, ensuring strategy alignment.
* Develop PR campaigns to showcase Bidwells' leadership and insights.
* Manage external PR agencies.

Internal Communications:

* Oversee the internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across the organisation.
* Support senior leaders with speechwriting and presentations.
* Lead communication efforts for the bi-annual Partners' conference.

Marketing Communications:

* Lead content campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
* Collaborate with teams to execute innovative communication strategies, including digital channels.
* Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
* Guide the creation of thought leadership content and case studies.
* Oversee content for ABM campaigns and the company website.
* Provide expert copywriting and editing across various channels.
* Work with the digital team to optimise engagement across platforms.
* Support marketing campaigns with impactful content.

About You:

* Can demonstrate significant PR and Communications experience in a Senior or Managerial role.
* Experienced in strategising and executing PR and Communications delivery.
* Real Estate experience (desirable).
* Strong communicator with creative flair.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
* Ability to think on your feet and look for opportunities to improve processes.
* Line management experience.
* Passionate, engaging, and committed.
