About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior PR and Communications Manager to lead our PR and Communication function at Bidwells.

As the PR lead within our Group Business Development and Marketing team, you will possess a unique blend of creativity, media relations acumen, and top-notch stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned communicator, capable of crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that reflects our firm's vision.

You will work closely with our senior leadership to strategize and communicate key messages, supporting the growth of our business and the evolution of our culture. You will be a brand ambassador and a guardian of our narrative.

Your role involves frequent interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, requiring impeccable interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships at all levels. You will be responsible for not only raising our profile but also ensuring that our key business areas shine in the national, trade, and financial press.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and implement our Group PR Strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage media relations, securing coverage in print, broadcast, and online outlets.
  • Coordinate press activities, draft and issue press releases, and manage media inquiries.
  • Build and leverage relationships with media and thought leaders to increase coverage.
  • Create content for press releases, articles, speeches, and presentations.
  • Monitor and report on PR results, ensuring strategy alignment.
  • Develop PR campaigns to showcase Bidwells' leadership and insights.
  • Manage external PR agencies.

**Internal Communications:**

  • Oversee the internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across the organisation.
  • Support senior leaders with speechwriting and presentations.
  • Lead communication efforts for the bi-annual Partners' conference.

**Marketing Communications:**

  • Lead content campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute innovative communication strategies, including digital channels.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
  • Guide the creation of thought leadership content and case studies.
  • Oversee content for ABM campaigns and the company website.
  • Provide expert copywriting and editing across various channels.
  • Work with the digital team to optimise engagement across platforms.
  • Support marketing campaigns with impactful content.

**Requirements:**

  • Significant PR and Communications experience in a Senior or Managerial role.
  • Experienced in strategising and executing PR and Communications delivery.
  • Real Estate experience (desirable).
  • Strong communicator with creative flair.
  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Ability to think on your feet and look for opportunities to improve processes.
  • Line management experience.
