About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and PR Manager to lead our external communications efforts at Redgate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering our external communications strategy, managing our PR agencies, and contributing to our objectives to increase awareness and bring our story to life for our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive external communications strategy to promote Redgate's brand and reputation.
  • Manage and coordinate with PR agencies to ensure effective media outreach and coverage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop key messages and stories that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide strategic communications advice and guidance to senior leaders and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage, social media, and other external communications channels to inform our strategy and optimize our messaging.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in external communications, PR, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in managing external communications campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various audiences.
  • Strong relationships with media contacts and a proven ability to secure media coverage.
  • Experience working with international organizations and a strong understanding of global communications trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
