Corporate Tax Director

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager to join their Cambridge office. As a key member of the Tax team, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of clients and projects, leveraging your expertise in corporate tax advisory and compliance.
As a Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of premium corporation tax compliance services, providing value-added tax advice, and building relationships with clients and colleagues alike. You will work closely with the partners and directors in tax and other service lines to drive business development and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance services, ensuring high-quality results and excellent client service.
- Provide technical tax advice to clients, covering a range of areas including international expansion, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, and more.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners to drive business growth and development.
- Collaborate with the tax team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying your knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Director or Senior Manager who possesses a strong track record in corporate tax advisory and compliance. You will have a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
