About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team at Trafalgar Scientific Ltd. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing Department, you will be responsible for leading our E-Commerce and Marketing Team to achieve key objectives and drive team growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee the management of the company's website, including B2B/B2C online sales, product catalogue, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with the wider Sales and Marketing Department on market pricing and strategy, in relation to digital sales.
  • Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to optimise conversion rates and improve overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce operations and other business functions.
  • Lead and manage the E-Commerce and Marketing Team to achieve key objectives and drive team growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend new initiatives to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of E-Commerce and Marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing channels.
  • Proven experience as an E-Commerce Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar, preferably in the Laboratory or Life Sciences sector.
  • Strong understanding of E-commerce Platforms (e.g., Shopify) and online payment gateways.
  • Experience with SAP desirable, but not essential.
