We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our digital sales efforts and drive online growth at Trafalgar Scientific Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategies: Create and execute plans to increase online sales, enhance customer experience, and improve website performance.
- Manage the Company Website: Oversee the management of our B2B/B2C online sales, product catalogue, and digital content to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop market pricing and strategy, and to ensure integration between e-commerce operations and other business functions.
- Analyse Website Traffic and User Behaviour: Use web analytics tools to optimise conversion rates, improve website performance, and drive online sales growth.
- Lead and Manage the E-commerce and Marketing Team: Supervise and motivate the team to achieve key objectives, drive team growth, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Oversee Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimisation (SEO) campaigns to enhance the company's online presence.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Track the effectiveness of e-commerce and marketing initiatives and generate regular reports to inform business decisions.
- Manage Relationships with Third-Party Vendors: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, agencies, and technology partners to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Related Field: A degree in a relevant field is essential for this role.
- Proficiency in Web Analytics Tools: Experience with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, is required.
- Excellent Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary to drive online sales growth and improve website performance.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to lead and manage the e-commerce and marketing team.
- Ability to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly is essential for this role.
