Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement E-commerce Strategies
- Design and execute e-commerce plans to drive online sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce operations and other business functions.
- Manage the Company's Website
- Oversee the management of our website, including B2B/B2C online sales, product catalogue, and digital content.
- Analyse website traffic and user behaviour to optimise conversion rates and improve overall performance.
- Lead the E-commerce and Marketing Team
- Lead and manage the E-commerce and Marketing Team to achieve key objectives and drive team growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend new initiatives to enhance the company's online presence.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to track the effectiveness of E-commerce and Marketing initiatives.
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar, preferably in the Laboratory or Life Sciences sector.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks accordingly.
