Requirements for Success
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in new business development within the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers during one-on-one meetings with prospects.
  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving ambitious targets.
  • Proficiency in utilizing IT tools and databases to manage client information and track progress effectively.
