- Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and drives to showcase the features and benefits of our prestige vehicles.
- Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional sales and after-sales service.
- Order Management: Monitor and manage all aspects of the vehicle order and preparation process, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Age: Must be over 23 years old due to insurance regulations.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent persuasive verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Industry Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the automotive industry, including technical aspects of vehicles and ownership.
- Financing and Insurance: Knowledge of financing and insurance products would be advantageous.
- Driver's License: Hold a current and valid UK driver's license.
- Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of three years' sales experience.
- Salary: £25,000 basic salary, plus bonus (OTE £100,000) + Car allowance + OTE uncapped.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm with one day off during the week, Saturday 9am-6pm, alternate Sundays 9am-5pm.
