Job Description:

Meridian Business Support is proud to partner with a leading independent 4x4 dealership to recruit a Senior Sales Specialist in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell Prestige Vehicles: Meet and exceed sales targets by selling high-end vehicles and products in line with dealership trading policies and regulations.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct appointments with customers, respond to all inbound enquiries, and guide customers through our extensive range of stock and product options.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct vehicle demonstrations and drives to showcase the features and benefits of our prestige vehicles.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional sales and after-sales service.
  • Order Management: Monitor and manage all aspects of the vehicle order and preparation process, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be over 23 years old due to insurance regulations.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent persuasive verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Have a good understanding of the automotive industry, including technical aspects of vehicles and ownership.
  • Financing and Insurance: Knowledge of financing and insurance products would be advantageous.
  • Driver's License: Hold a current and valid UK driver's license.
  • Sales Experience: Possess a minimum of three years' sales experience.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £25,000 basic salary, plus bonus (OTE £100,000) + Car allowance + OTE uncapped.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm with one day off during the week, Saturday 9am-6pm, alternate Sundays 9am-5pm.
