About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Network Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and quotations
  • Operate and maintain spreadsheets to track customer interactions and sales data
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service
  • Produce weekly reports to track customer service metrics and sales performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient skills in MS Office packages, including Excel and Word
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary of between £25,000 - £26,000 dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday shifts on a rotational basis between the hours of 8.45am – 5.30pm
