Your Role

We are looking for a proactive procurement manager to enhance our sourcing strategies for essential external supply partners across various categories of indirect goods and services. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that expenditures align with financial plans and savings objectives, while maximizing value and minimizing risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high service standards with key suppliers and promote continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clarity in project definitions and approvals.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Procurement to formulate and execute category strategy plans that facilitate cost evaluations across different sectors.
  • Oversee commercial relationships with suppliers, ensuring contracts are competitively priced and compliant.
  • Assist in formal sourcing and contract review processes, including negotiations.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify alternative suppliers and integrate best practices.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports for the Head of Procurement to share with senior management.

What You Bring

  • Experience in the marketing and advertising sector within a fast-paced online retail environment.
  • A track record of achieving cost efficiencies through negotiation and operational enhancements.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel for analyzing expenditure data and developing cost models.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining focus on targets.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
