Job Summary:

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our global Development team as a Client Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global patient engagement strategic plan to drive understanding and support planning and communication.
  • Ensure country requirements are central to the patient engagement strategy and activities, and implement local plans and projects.
  • Manage budgets and allocate medical resources at a global and country level.
  • Maintain key relationships with regional, country, and cross-functional colleagues, and lead face-to-face and virtual contact at major medical congresses.
  • Provide coaching and expertise to global/regional/market colleagues in developing relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement processes to integrate data sources into insights, and translate them into impactful actions for Norgine.
  • Build the capabilities of Norgine's leaders to engage in quality public dialogue, in line with medical advancements and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Strong planning and systematic thinking, including project management and budgeting experience.
  • Experience managing grant requests and working with Codes of Practice.
  • Clear, accurate written and spoken English.
  • A track record of building collective support and engagement with patient groups around patient education and engagement, capacity-building, and policy-shaping efforts.
