About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Executive to join our team at PBR Executive Search Limited. As an Audit Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the management and delivery of assignments, preparing client deliverables, and building relationships with clients and their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assignment Support: Assist in the planning, budgeting, and execution of assignments, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including their teams, to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Deliverables: Prepare and present client deliverables, including Audit Findings Reports, to a high standard.
- Technical Skills: Stay up-to-date with the latest technical skills and knowledge, including FRS102 and IFRS, to provide expert advice to clients.
- Team Development: Assist and develop more junior members of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success.
- Professional Representation: Represent the firm and its interests in dealings with clients and other professionals, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Training and Development: Attend training and development opportunities to further develop and maintain technical skills and knowledge, and work towards a professional qualification if not already attained.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in audit, ideally in practice. You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years' experience of working in audit, ideally in practice.
- Qualifications: Working towards ACCA, ACA, or Level 4 AAT.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Business Exposure: Exposure to owner-managed businesses is essential.
- Drive and Resilience: Drive and resilience to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Travel: Full UK driving license, with regular travel across the region and occasional travel further afield.
