Client Acquisition Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at United Parcel Service of America, Inc. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of assigned clients within a specific geographical area.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and Develop New Business
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Analyze Customer Needs and Present SolutionsUnderstand customer requirements and present tailored solutions to meet their needs, resulting in increased sales and customer satisfaction.
Prepare Bids and Customized PricingDevelop and present competitive bids and pricing strategies to secure new business and retain existing clients.
Retail and Grow Existing Customer PortfolioBuild strong relationships with existing clients to retain their business and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Collaborate with Internal StakeholdersWork closely with cross-functional teams to drive results, share best practices, and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements- Field Sales Experience
Proven track record of success in field sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
Logistics ExperienceExperience in logistics or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain management and customer needs.
Strong Communication SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Target DrivenResults-driven and target-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales goals and driving business growth.
Organizational SkillsStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Agility and ResilienceAbility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
