About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Diligenta. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring a seamless experience during the moments that matter in life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service via inbound calls, resolving queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with planning for retirement, accessing investments, updating personal information, and supporting families during bereavements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop skills and knowledge in financial services, customer service, and technology.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of empathy, respect, and open communication.
