Job SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Honesty Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service while serving food and drinks, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supporting Business Operations: Assist with events, take orders over the phone, prepare food and drinks, clear tables, and wash up.
- Opening the Coffee Shop: Take delivery of goods, stock rotation, display products, and check dates on products.
- General Duties: Ensure the entire shop is clean and tidy, sweep and mop floors, clean toilets, tidy and clean outdoor areas, and check all equipment is cleaned and switched off.
- Initiative and Teamwork: Work with initiative as part of a team, have a calm, cheerful, and helpful disposition.
- Food Safety and Health and Safety: Work within our Honesty Shop standards, respecting food safety and health and safety requirements.
- Secure Employment: We offer secure employment contracts with wages that keep up with the National Living Wage.
- Training and Development: We provide full training and opportunities to develop within the business.
