Role Overview

Your primary focus will be on customer satisfaction, supporting the Store Manager in effectively managing store operations to enhance profitability through strategic retail planning. You will drive sales, manage expenses, and uphold our brand image through visual merchandising. By fostering a fun and motivating atmosphere aligned with our brand culture, you will aid in team development while ensuring that the highest standards are maintained throughout the store in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities


• Set a positive example by demonstrating outstanding behavior and ensuring brand integrity is upheld at all times.


• Champion customer service excellence to surpass customer expectations.


• Train, mentor, and develop your team, assisting with performance appraisals and reviews for all staff.


• Analyze financial data proactively, leveraging retail strategies and local market insights to maximize sales opportunities and support informed commercial decisions to enhance store performance and exceed key performance indicators.


• Ensure the store operates within budget through effective scheduling, cost management, and crew productivity.


• Utilize strong planning and organizational skills to implement the retail strategy successfully.


• Communicate effectively with Head Office to optimize stock packages as needed.


• Adhere to professional procedures for your team and store, including cash handling, stock management, health and safety, security protocols, and loss prevention (this list is not exhaustive).


• Oversee and implement the visual merchandising standards in line with company expectations, including leading seasonal launches and store layout changes.


• Comply with all company policies and legal obligations, including safety regulations.


• Ensure GDPR compliance to maintain confidentiality at all times.


• In the absence of the Store Manager, assume responsibilities to ensure the ongoing success of the store in terms of sales, standards, and team development.
