Job Summary
The Showroom Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing sales team in a retail showroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results
- Manage and maintain a high-performing sales floor, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge to meet sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized sales experiences
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in a retail environment
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
