  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently, with a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of functional literacy and numeracy
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks effectively, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines
  • NVQ3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
