Lead Inspector for Final Quality Assurance

  • Oversee a team of Inspectors to guarantee high-quality products and services for Ontic's clientele.
  • Enhance team capabilities to meet the organization's demands for efficiency and quality.
  • Streamline and implement inspection protocols, manage the operations of the Final Release Cell, and make critical decisions to bolster business efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with a background in Aerospace.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Aerospace and a minimum of 6 months supervising the release of Aerospace products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and gaseous products along with relevant industry standards.
  • Competence in generating MRRs and managing non-conformity reports.
