  • Oversee a dedicated team of Inspectors to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to Ontic's clientele.
  • Foster a skilled team that meets the organization's standards for efficiency and quality.
  • Enhance and implement inspection protocols, manage the operations of the Final Release Cell, and make critical decisions to optimize business productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership capabilities with a background in Aerospace.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Aerospace industry and a minimum of 6 months in a supervisory role overseeing the release of Aerospace products.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and gaseous products, along with familiarity with industry regulations.
  • Competence in raising Material Review Requests (MRRs) and managing non-conformance reports.
