Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will receive guidance and assignments from the Deputy Operations Quality Manager, while maintaining regular communication with our Supplier Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, and Program teams. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a diverse range of quality inspections on aerospace and marine components and assemblies. You will oversee Product and Certification compliance with Design Data, Customer Specifications, or Purchase Order Requirements, and will evaluate First Articles Inspection Reports in accordance with AS9102 standards. Ensuring that quality benchmarks and specifications are met for both incoming and outgoing products will be essential, and you will utilize various inspection tools and devices to perform visual and dimensional inspections of intricate mechanical parts.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

You should possess the ability to proficiently interpret Engineering drawings and verify components against specified requirements, along with experience using precision measuring instruments. Familiarity with CMM 'PC DMIS software' is preferred but not mandatory. Ideally, you will have prior experience in an Inspection role within your career. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to challenges are essential traits for success in this position.
