Ontic, a leading provider of 'Extended Life Solutions' for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) legacy and non-core products in the aerospace industry, is seeking a Final Inspection Team Leader to contribute to our ongoing success and ambitious growth plans.

  • Lead a team of Inspectors ensuring quality products and services for Ontic's customers.
  • Develop a team capable of meeting organization's requirements on throughput and quality.
  • Refine and execute inspection processes, supervise functions of the Final Release Cell, and make priority decisions to support business throughput.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of Inspectors to achieve quality and productivity goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Natural leader with experience in Aerospace.
  • Minimum 2 years in Aerospace and 6 months overseeing the release of Aerospace products.
  • Ideal knowledge of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, and gaseous products along with industry standards.
  • Ability to raise MRRs and handle non-conformity reports.
