Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our global energy proposal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing proposal strategies, managing proposal teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Proposal Teams: Manage and develop a team of proposal professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality proposals.
  • Develop Proposal Strategies: Work with business development managers to develop proposal strategies, including the development of proposal outlines, content plans, and compliance matrices.
  • Manage Proposal Budgets and Schedules: Prepare and manage proposal budgets and schedules, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate Proposal Activities: Coordinate proposal activities with other functional services and global business units, ensuring seamless delivery of proposals.
  • Review and Improve Proposal Processes: Review and improve proposal processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance proposal quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 10-13 years of relevant experience in proposal management, or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
  • Skills: Thorough knowledge of proposal formulation and submittal processes, experience in developing qualification documents, contracts, proposals, and client presentations, and strong oral and written communication skills.
