Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Energy Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Energy Business, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our energy solutions by building and maintaining relationships with clients in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector for energy solutions, including EV chargers, batteries, and solar panels.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial energy solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in commercial energy solutions, including EV chargers, battery storage, and solar technology, to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of each client.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery from sales through to completion.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecast future sales to management.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the energy sector or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Basic understanding of commercial energy solutions, particularly EV charging, battery storage, and solar technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial sector.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
