  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor operational performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Lettings, Marketing, HR, and Finance, to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, health and safety, and customer satisfaction through quality control measures and regular audits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a high-level operations leadership role, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning, process optimization, expansion, and resource management.
  • Successful track record in leading high-performing teams and driving company growth.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a strategic thinker.
  • Proficient in operational and project management software, with knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate market and current trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Commitment to North Property Group's values and mission, with high integrity.
  • Willingness to travel between all offices, including London, Leeds, and Manchester.
