Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Archie's, a leading QSR Hospitality business. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our stores, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Operations Director to set the Operations strategy for the business
  • Ensure the smooth running of Archie's, delivering high-quality customer experiences and maintaining high standards of Front of House and Back of House operations
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring timely communication and activity
  • Ensure adherence to all legislation, performing due diligence and best practice activities, and documenting for internal and external audit
  • Responsible for ensuring audit levels are met, developing the management team, and managing budgets and forecasts
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors, monitor and drive productivity on all sites, and supervise diverse teams
  • Complete required paperwork and administration, including regular reports, and travel around the country as required
  • Open new stores, staying overnight away from home as needed, and deliver daily KPIs
  • Maintain and manage health and safety standards, food safety, and risk assessment, and take necessary steps to ensure store security
  • Attend meetings and training courses, appraise and control management according to company procedures, and review financial and operational performance with the Operations Director
  • Attend to any other reasonable task as requested by the Operations Director, and control stock according to budgets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Operations Manager role, specifically in a QSR Hospitality business
  • Be a visionary, driven by innovative ideas and emerging trends
  • Lead from the front, coach, and develop teams, with effective communication at all levels
  • Approachable, customer service-focused, and able to work under pressure
  • PC literate, with previous people management experience and flexibility to work unsociable hours
  • Proven track record of improving financial performances of multi-sites, motivational, and passionate about developing and nurturing teams
  • Personal integrity, with outstanding analytical and strategic skills, improving the business from a financial perspective

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends required due to the nature of the role. A clear DBS will be required, processed at offer stage.
