About This Role
As a Health and Wellbeing Strategist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the health and wellbeing of our organization. Working closely with the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Manager, you'll contribute to the implementation of our comprehensive Health and Wellbeing Strategy, aligned with national initiatives like the NHS People Plan and NHS People Promise.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver impactful wellbeing programs.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our wellbeing initiatives, ensuring their effectiveness and sustainability.
- Coordinate efforts to achieve and maintain prestigious awards like the Better Health at Work Award.
- Develop and execute an annual calendar of wellbeing campaigns that resonate with our staff and promote a culture of well-being.
- Build strong relationships with all staff members seeking wellbeing support, fostering a supportive environment.
- Provide guidance and supervision to the Health and Wellbeing Technician.
- Design and deliver tailored training programs on health and wellbeing topics, addressing the specific needs of our organization.
- Contribute to the overall success of the wellbeing team by undertaking additional duties as required.
