Health and Wellbeing Advisor

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join their team.
Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for guiding, educating, and supporting staff members in improving their physical and mental health. This will involve developing and facilitating workshops, providing one-on-one advice, and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver health promotion programs to improve staff wellbeing
- Provide expert advice on healthy eating, weight management, and smoking cessation
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to equip staff with the skills and knowledge to improve their health
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team to develop and implement health and wellbeing initiatives
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health and wellbeing, with experience in delivering healthy lifestyle advice and workshops. A teaching qualification and experience in coaching or training would be highly desirable.
