Job Description

**Job Title:** Engineering Services Manager

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical operations within a high-profile building are maintained to a very high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all technical issues across the building, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and implement building shutdown plans, ensuring seamless execution and minimal impact on clients.
  • Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with external subcontractors to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain the site's PPMs (Predictive Maintenance Programs) to 100% completion, ensuring high-quality results and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure health and safety protocols are implemented and maintained, minimizing risks to employees and clients.
  • Update the asset register on a routine basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit and develop technical staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality performance.
  • Manage reports and analytics, providing insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified in electrical or mechanical discipline (C&G, HNC, HND or higher).
  • Strong understanding of building management systems and technical engineering principles.
  • Previous experience in managing large engineering teams and service delivery in high-profile financial offices or critical data centers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding workload, ensuring timely delivery of projects and services.
