We are seeking an experienced Engineering Services Manager to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage technical issues across the building, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and implement building shutdown plans, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and minimizing downtime.
  • Oversee the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with external subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintenance.
  • Manage and maintain the site's PPMs, ensuring 100% completion at a high quality level.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Update the asset register on a routine basis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement quality procedures, ensuring adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit and develop staff, providing training and support to ensure technical competence and career progression.
Requirements
  • Fully qualified in electrical or mechanical discipline, with C&G, HNC, HND or higher.
  • Strong understanding of building management systems and technical engineering principles.
  • Previous experience of managing large engineering teams and service delivery in high-profile financial offices or critical data centers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a demanding and varying workload, with a focus on delivering projects on time and on budget.
