Job Description

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with experience in inventory management and control? Do you have a passion for driving efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced business environment?

The ONE Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Controller to join our team. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing all stock activity, including kitting and receiving materials to/from production, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement, and goods in. You will also coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies
  • Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of materials
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and other terms and conditions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in inventory management and control in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per annum for each year worked up to 25 days
