We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. As an Inventory Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our stock management processes.

About the Role

  • Responsibilities will include managing all stock activity, including kitting, receiving materials, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement, and goods in.
  • Coordinating with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Working closely with the production team to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient stock movement.
  • Providing detailed reports and analysis to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including stock/inventory control, purchasing, kitting, and fulfillment.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Excellent attention to detail and process skills.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.
  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per annum for each year worked up to 25 days.
