**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for managing all stock activity, including kitting and receiving materials to/from production, scrappage, picking, packing, order placement, and goods in. You will also coordinate with internal and external suppliers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including stock/inventory control, purchasing, kitting, and fulfillment.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Excellent attention to detail and process skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**What We Offer**

  • Competitive salary range of £33,000 - £36,000 depending on experience.
  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 day per annum for each year worked up to 25 days.
