Position Overview: As a Regional Sales Executive for the southeastern region of England, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the sales of our competitively priced, high-quality industrial lubricants. You will engage with manufacturing companies across various sectors, including food & beverage, automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, and marine. This role involves a consultative sales approach, conducting site assessments, and preparing tailored proposals, with an expectation of 6-8 client visits weekly. Your responsibilities will be balanced between managing existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities, with incoming leads provided.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven field sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors
  • Strong sales training background with a history of meeting targets
  • Determined with a consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
  • Professional appearance and ambition to advance your career
  • Willingness to occasionally travel overnight
  • Valid driving license

Benefits:

Competitive base salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on experience, along with uncapped monthly commission potential of £6,000 in the first year.

Company-provided plug-in hybrid SUV.

Early finish at 3 PM on Fridays.

Generous leave policy including 25 days of annual leave, a Christmas shutdown, and bank holidays.
