About the Role
Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to oversee the human resources and administrative functions of a well-regarded manufacturing organization. This position is designed for a fixed term and offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing a comprehensive HR remit. Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures
- Providing reports on HR metrics and participating in strategic meetings with senior leadership
- Overseeing performance appraisals and coaching management on HR processes
- Facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in a HR Manager or Generalist Advisor capacity
- Ability to operate independently within a small business environment
- Background in the private sector, particularly in manufacturing or blue-collar settings
- CIPD qualification or progress towards it
- Strong understanding of UK Employment Law
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and leadership abilities
