Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall HR and administration function for the business.
- Review and develop policies and processes.
- Report on HR and attend meetings with the senior leadership team.
- Manage appraisals, coach, and advise management on process, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Employee relations and embedding a positive working culture.
- Proven background working at a HR Manager or Generalist Advisor level.
- Stand-alone experience.
- Experience working within a private sector, ideally manufacturing or blue-collar environment.
- CIPD qualified or working towards.
- Strong UK Employment Law Knowledge.
- Exceptional at building relationships, communication, and leadership skills.
