Nous recherchons un Senior Engineering Project Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe. C'est une occasion unique de travailler sur certains des plus grands projets d'énergie éolienne offshore actuels et à venir. En rapportant directement au Responsable de l'Ingénierie de Projet, vous soutiendrez les domaines d'ingénierie à travers des projets de grande envergure, y compris les fondations, les câbles et les projets EPCI.

Vos responsabilités incluront :

Superviser la production des livrables délégués, y compris les recommandations stratégiques pour le client, la livraison de la documentation et la conformité de la conception / fabrication aux normes internes et externes. Soutenir les interfaces et les requêtes techniques tant en interne qu'en externe. Surveiller et collaborer avec les sous-traitants et les spécialistes internes dans la production des livrables pour respecter le calendrier contractuel. Effectuer une révision continue et une surveillance des risques et des opportunités pour s'assurer qu'ils sont identifiés, enregistrés et traités de manière appropriée. Aider le Responsable de Package avec la révision commerciale et la gestion du budget. Contribuer aux réunions internes, aux réunions avec les clients et les sous-traitants, aux visites de chantier, aux mobilisations et aux travaux offshore. Communiquer les meilleures pratiques et les leçons apprises à d'autres projets et parties prenantes.

Un diplôme BEng / BSc ou Meng / MSc en ingénierie civile, mécanique, offshore, architecture navale ou équivalent. Une expérience dans la direction de packages d'ingénierie dans le secteur de l'énergie éolienne offshore ou des industries similaires comme le pétrole et le gaz offshore. La capacité à prioriser votre charge de travail et celle des autres, en gérant efficacement le temps et le contrôle des changements. Un engagement envers le développement professionnel continu et un désir de développer et de mentoriser des ingénieurs juniors.
