Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Engineering Project Leader to become part of our dynamic team. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to engage in some of the most significant offshore wind projects globally. You will report operationally to the Project Engineering Manager and will be instrumental in supporting engineering tasks across extensive Foundations, Cables, and EPCI projects and proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development of assigned deliverables, including strategic recommendations for clients, documentation submissions, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external design and fabrication standards.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and address queries with both external partners and internal teams.
  • Oversee and coordinate with subcontractors and internal experts to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
  • Continuously assess and monitor risks and opportunities, ensuring they are identified, documented, and effectively managed.
  • Assist the Package Manager in commercial evaluations and budget oversight.
  • Participate in internal meetings, client and subcontractor discussions, site visits, mobilizations, and offshore operations.
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with other projects and stakeholders.
Qualifications
