Position Overview

As a Production Supervisor at Energizer Auto, you will oversee the daily operations of the production department, managing the performance of our eight production lines. You will collaborate closely with your team to drive production efficiency and elevate our facilities to world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the health and safety of all employees within the production area.
  • Uphold compliance with the Quality Operating System and provide coaching to the team as necessary.
  • Achieve targeted production output.
  • Lead essential production meetings, ensuring all startup and close-out tasks are completed.
  • Conduct daily confirmations of operational systems, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Implement Standardized Work practices, including production observations and knowledge sharing.
  • Address team member issues and facilitate resolutions.
  • Compile daily production reports detailing outputs.
  • Manage product scrap adjustments effectively.
  • Utilize production and scrap dashboards to identify performance gaps.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of stock discrepancies using available tools.
  • Oversee team performance and attendance management.
  • Collaborate with planning teams to adjust production schedules as needed.
  • Optimize production order to minimize downtime.
  • Effectively escalate production challenges and ensure resolution.
  • Complete versatility charts and address any coverage gaps.
  • Ensure all team-raised issues are resolved and tracked.
  • Communicate with planners regarding resource needs and excessive liquid concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
  • Mentor and support Team Leaders in achieving SQDCPME objectives through standardized practices.
  • Confirm the completion and effectiveness of maintenance tasks, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Actively engage in the development and performance management of team leaders and members.
  • Create, verify, and maintain training documentation.
  • Perform additional duties as required in line with the position.
