Quality Management Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Management Systems Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in our business processes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and maintaining QMS systems, experience in carrying out audits on quality systems, and strong research and analytical skills. You will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your workload effectively and work under pressure.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining QMS documentation, performing QMS audits, and providing QMS training.
  2. Ensuring quality standards are met and ensuring compliance to applicable regulations.
  3. Preparing high-quality audit reports to assist with system development and training.
  4. Being an ambassador for quality processes and providing education, training, and advice to all staff.
  5. Understanding regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance.
  6. Building and maintaining effective working relationships.
  7. Ensuring all duties are carried out in a way that complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, company compliance, and other procedures.
