Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at The Blues Kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high standards of execution, ensuring consistent delivery of beautiful dishes, and contributing to the success of our unique dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations
  • Lead a team of cooks to deliver high-quality dishes in a timely manner
  • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills
