Job Title: Senior Electrical Systems Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Electrical Systems Engineer. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the successful execution of electrical design projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with external specialists as required.
  • Facilitate effective communication among Clients, Consultants, Building Users, and Property Management.
  • Ensure compliance with Engineering project Health and Safety regulations.
  • Prepare feasibility analyses, technical specifications, design drawings, and contractual agreements.
  • Conduct risk evaluations and assess method statements.
  • Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, security measures, HVAC controls, and elevator installations.
  • Lead initiatives focused on sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of service contract specifications and manage budgets effectively.
  • Implement Health and Safety protocols and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Electrical Building Services Design.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain customer relations.
  • Proven track record in project and contractor management.
  • Ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with HVAC design principles and AutoCAD software.
  • Understanding of Fire Alarm Systems, Building Regulations, and IT Systems.

Location: Flexible working arrangements available.
