About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our Electrical Engineering team at Optamor. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of electrical systems for our cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical development and implementation of electrical systems, including electrical components, modules, and architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of electrical systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on automotive or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, including electrical components, modules, and architectures.
  • Experience with electrical design tools, such as CAD software and simulation tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
