We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our Electrical Systems team at Optamor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of electrical systems for our cutting-edge electric vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical Systems Development: Lead the design, development, and integration of electrical systems, including electrical modules, ECUs, and other electrically wired components.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Manufacturing, and Quality, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and expertise in electrical systems, including CAN, FlexRay, automotive ethernet, and LIN networks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including ISO26262 and EuroNCAP.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, including fault diagnosis and resolution.
  • Supplier Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality of components.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical systems development and project management.
  • Education: Honors degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field.
  • Skills: Strong technical expertise in electrical systems, project management, and leadership.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficient in JIRA, Polarion, and other engineering development tools.
